Will keep throwing tantrums till Nawaz says he loves me back, resilient Nisar says

ISLAMABAD – Veteran Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader and former Federal Interior Minister Chaudhary Nisar Ali Khan has categorically told the party leadership that he has no intention of going easy on his tantrums until and unless former PML-N president and now party Quaid Nawaz Sharif says he loves Nisar back.

Talking exclusively to The Dependent, Nisar has sent out resounding reminder to the senior party leadership.

“I will neither quit nor just continue to accept party policy on what does and does not constitute a tantrum,” Nisar said.

“My demands are simple. I have repeatedly said I love you to Nawaz Sharif over the course of three decades. And while we were publically together, it was okay that he never said it back, but now that we have both gone very different ways – and yet are still affiliated with the party – I now want him to say it loud and clear that he loves me too.”

Nisar also maintained that it was not about any particular leader or the member of Sharif family, he would continue to be petulant till he gets what he wants.

“I just want a public ‘I love you too’. That’s it,” said Nisar who earlier this month had demanded that he be declared the PML-N’s Iqbal now that Nawaz Sharif has been declared Quaid.
