KARACHI: Sindh Governor Muhammad Zubair expressed his heartfelt grief over the demise of seasoned actor Qazi Wajid on Sunday.
In his condolence message to the bereaved family, he said that the great actor left behind a wide vacuum that could never be filled.
He also prayed for eternal peace for the departed soul and solace to the family members. He said that the entire nation, including his fans and colleagues, have borne a severe loss through his death.
“Qazi Wajid was a senior, talented and experienced performer with diverse acting skills,” said Sindh governor.
He said that Qazi’s work in Dhoop Kinaray, Tanhaiyaan and several other TV dramas is part of the artistic treasure that has to be archived for the coming generations.
