Son of Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Suleman Sharif lashed out at Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Jahangir Tareen, calling him ‘a known sugar don who has stashed money in offshore companies’.

Suleman’s rant came in lieu of  Tareen’s tweet, in which the PTI leader alleged that: “Ramzan Sugar Mills owned directly by Shehbaz Sharif paying farmers Rs 150 instead of Rs 180 and under weighing by 15/20%. All Sharif family mills openly breaking the law and entire Punjab Admin have their heads in the sand……Shame on you SS for stealing from farmers”.

The chief minister’s son alleged that Tareen had not been paying the price by the government and was instead paying 120 rupees with 20 per cent deduction on weight to sugarcane growers.

In addition, the Sharif family scion also said that Tareen holds swiss accounts.
