One drowns, two injured in separate mishaps

One person was drowned and two others sustained injuries in separate incidents in the city on Sunday.

A man, Asghar Ali, was drowned in a water tank of Society Office in Lyari. His body was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for medico-legal formalities.

A woman, Shazia, 28, was injured in a road accident in Baldia No 2. She was shifted to Civil Hospital Karachi for treatment.

An unknown man, aged 55, was injured when he was hit by a vehicle in Tariq Road area. He was rushed to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre for an autopsy.
