MULTAN: Senior politician Javed Hashmi is likely to meet former prime minister Nawaz Sharif on December 4, according to a local media outlet.
Hashmi said a meeting is being arranged by some friends between him and the Muslim League-Nawaz leader. The meeting, however, has still not been finalised.
Hashmi had previously worked as the president of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz for quite some time, before he formally joined the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) in December 2011.
After leaving PTI in 2014, Hashmi levelled serious allegations against Imran Khan as he had developed considerable differences with the PTI chief over the party’s sit-in in Islamabad’s D-Chowk.
