LONDON: Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif’s spouse Kulsoom Nawaz has been discharged from the hospital on Friday evening. Kulsoom was admitted to London’s Princess Grace Hospital after her condition deteriorated on Tuesday.
Kulsoom Nawaz is currently in London undergoing lymphoma cancer treatment and has three surgeries related to her throat cancer treatment so far.
Hussain Nawaz, her son told Geo TV that “it took a couple of days for my mother’s condition to improve”. He said that she has been discharged and her condition is relatively better now and requested people to pray for her recovery.
Earlier, Maryam Nawaz tweeted on Wednesday that her mother was admitted to hospital on Tuesday night due to her deteriorating health.
