Pakistan ready to host Wrestlemania next year: ECP

In a statement issued on Wednesday, the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has said that Pakistan is all set and ready to host a free and fair Wrestlemania next year.

“No one can wait to see who the next champion will be”, said an ECP spokesperson.

The spokesperson has further informed that in the most highly anticipated bouts, and after approval from the Supreme Court, the stipulation of no holds barred has been added, which means that there are no restrictions and anything goes.

The stipulation has been praised by defending champion PML-N.

“We will retain the championship inshallah, as long as the general manager is not thinking about a screwjob”, tweeted Marriyum Aurangzeb.

Whereas, Pakistan Awami Tehrik chief Tahir-ul-Qadri has decried the new conditions, calling them barbaric and inhumane. “Not prepared for this rematch…I quit”, he said while speaking to our reporter.

Mall road has been designated as the venue for preliminary promos.

Meanwhile in Karachi, MQM workers are already busy making preparations for the pyros.

“It’s gonna be quite the show isn’t it”, said Altaf Hussain in an annual convention of MQM USA, while rubbing both his hands together.

On the other hand, Awami Muslim League (AML) chief Shiekh Rasheed is expected to continue his tag team with Imran Khan
