A meeting of Fatima Jinnah Medical University’s (FJMU) staff under the chairmanship of the Provincial Minister for Specialised Healthcare and Medical Education Khawaja Salman Rafique at the committee room of the university here today.
Special Secretary Specialised Healthcare Dr Sajid Mehmood Chuhan, Vice Chancellor Prof Dr. Sardar Fakhar Imam, Dr Naghmana Hamid MPA, Prof Mira Phailbus, Prof Nishat Maqsood, Prof Sheerin, MS Sir Ganga Ram Hospital Dr Nouman Matloob, officers from the Finance and Higher Education Departments and the concerned officers of the university also attended the meeting.
The meeting gave approval for the vacancies of professors, associate professors, medial officers and ministerial staff of various departments including examination department, Registrar’s office, VC office, Gyane Unit IV, Neurology Department, Preventive Peads, Audiology Department.
Khawaja Salman Rafique informed the attendees of the meeting that the government is providing 400 nurses to Sir Ganga Ram Hospital which will be a great step to improve the working conditions of the hospital.
