People from all walks of life from the nation came together to collectively ask Ghazi Salahuddin to guess the identity of the man who offered Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaaf leader Imran Khan Rs 10 billion on behalf of prime minister Nawaz Sharif.
“We urge Ghazi Salahuddin, the last surviving member of the Kasauti team, to come forward and solve this mystery for the ease of the nation,” said Shumaila Hassan, a corporate executive and mother of four. “The nation needs his services now, more than ever.”
“We urge Mr Salahuddin to come out of this self-imposed retirement and pick up the gauntlet that has been thrown his way by Imran Khan,” said Hamir Mir, talk show host.
“We already have some clues,” said Mir. “Zinda hain. Ta’alluq Lahore se hai. Wajah-e-shuhrat is the lalchaalna of Imran Khan.”
“He has his work cut out for him, I say,” he said.
Mr Salahuddin, when contacted, said he had no issues with taking up the challenge. “But I do have one problem,” he said. “What if he turns out to be one of the jerks who has given a name of an intangible or imaginary person?”
“I hated those guys. All that khwaari, only to find out that the correct answer was some crap like ‘forces of status quo’ or ‘zameer’ or ‘chanda mamoon’ or some other BS like that.”
