During a press conference, here today, Punjab government’s spokesman Malik Muhammad Ahmed Khan asked Imran Khan to give the name of the person who made an offer to him within three days. He added that Imran Khan’s withholding of the name of the person, in the Supreme Court, is questionable.
Replying to a question, he said that Imran Khan incurred losses to the economy by holding public meetings and sit-ins and that the entire purpose behind these activities was to add pressure on the judiciary.
He added that no one was willing to offer even Rs 10 to Imran Khan let alone Rs 10 billion.
The spokesperson refuted all allegations levelled by Zardari against the federal government and said that Sindh had the highest share of two sectors among all provinces. He said that energy generated from any project in any province will be added to the national grid. He said that Asif Ali Zardari is issuing such baseless allegations only to show off politics.
