A three-day anti-polio drive began on Monday in Sindh, Punjab, Balochistan, FATA, and Gilgit amid tight security.
1.5 million children younger than five will be administered polio drops in Karachi by 44,654 polio teams, and 2.5 million children in Balochistan by 9,287 regular and 8099 mobile teams.
In Gilgit, 40,000 children are expected to be vaccinated.
