Smog continues to disrupt routine life in Sindh, Punjab

Dense smog has engulfed various cities of Punjab and Sindh.

The early morning smog dropped visibility to zero in Karachi after which traffic has been clogged at the National Highway and Motorway.

According to Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), mainly dry weather is expected in most parts of the country and there will no rain in December making it difficult for the smog to subside.

The smog is expected to cause cold, flu, cough, breathing problems and skin diseases. Doctors have advised citizen to consume warm liquids and increase intake of vegetables and fruit.
