Taking a notice of baton force of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) workers, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif directed not to create any obstacles in Raiwind march.
According to reports, the prime minister talked to Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif on phone during which the prime minister strictly asked the party workers not to come into the way of the march.
“No one should be deprived of their legal right to protest. Instead of government, the people themselves are giving reply to those trying to cause disunity in the country,” he said.
The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has announced to stage a protest march near Adda plot in Raiwind on September 30.
