Pakistan’s representative to the United Nations (UN) Maleeha Lodhi on Thursday called the international community to intervene in Indian atrocities in Kashmir.

Pakistan has protested at United Nations Human Right Council (UNHRC) claiming that India has presented the wrong figures regarding clashes in Kashmir and it was an act of disgrace to UNHRC.

Pakistani delegation asked if India could deny the existence of 700,000 troops in Kashmir.

“Have the Kashmiris not suffered the death of more than 100,000 innocent civilians?” Pakistani delegation asked.

More than 100 civilians were dead and 10,000 were injured whereas; 700 have lost their eye sights due to the usage of pellets guns by Indian army in Kashmir, Pakistan told UN.

Pakistan asked the international community to intervene and stop Indian brutalities in IHK.
