Starfish Pakistan in a ceremony today (Saturday) recognised all brilliant Christian students who recently passed the matriculation examination.
Shehram Tabassum with 1080 and Neha Samuel with 1071 marks were the historic achievers this year.
Starfish Pakistan organised this event to present medals and shields to students who remarkably scored above 80 per cent and the brightest of the bright scoring 90 per cent and above with an extra cash prize of Rs 5000 said Starfish Pakistan National Director Anser Javed to a regal gathering at Saint Anthony’s High School auditorium.
“Today, I’m standing here with a hope. I see young doctors, engineers, scientists, teachers and public servants in them. Christians have served Pakistan since its genesis. One day, educated Pakistan will become a thriving Pakistan,” said Forman Christian College, and University Vice Rector Academics Dr Joseph Jones.
