At least three suspected persons were apprehended while illegal weapons and drugs were recovered from their possession during search operations within Rawat, Chauntra and Nasirabad police jurisdictions.
The police on a tip-off raided a hideout in Rawat area and rounded up Mohammad Asif, while recovering six bottles of alcohol.
Meanwhile, Naseerabad Police conducted search operation in the area and apprehended Arif Maseeh, while 20 litres of alcohol and drugs were also recovered from the suspect’s possession.
Separately, Chauntra Police conducted search operation in the area and arrested Ahsanul Haq while recovering an illegal pistol from his possession.
