The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Monday declared plea seeking a case against Indian Prime Minister Narender Modi as inadmissible.
Chief Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah heard the case during which the plaintiff’s lawyer alleged that Indian brutalities in held Kashmir are being carried out on the directives of Modi.
He said that the Kashmiris have been stranded in their houses by imposing a curfew. He said Indian forces had resorted to using violent tactics and disproportionate force against an unarmed civilian population in the region. The petitioner said that as head of the Indian government Narendra Modi was responsible for the killings and violence in the IHK by Indian armed forces.

He requested the court to issue directions to authorities concerned to proceed against Indian PM on charges of murder, attempted murder and abetment of murder under the Pakistan Penal Code and Section-7 of the Anti-terrorism Act.
The lawyer also urged to launch an investigation into the matter under terrorism provisions.
LHC CJ retained the objection and directed the claimant to contact the subordinate court in this regard.
