The Peshawar Morr Interchange will be open to commuters from April 7 (today).

Source said that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has taken serious notice of inordinate delay in the completion of the project, which has greatly inconvenienced the general public.

The interchange is being built at a cost of Rs 5.5 billion and has missed three deadlines.

Divisional Commissioner Rawalpindi and RDA Director General Azmat Mehmood said that construction work on the project has almost been completed and poles having 700 LED bulbs have been installed on the 14 km long roads connecting the interchange.
