Punjab Food Authority (PFA) Director Ayesha Mumtaz along with her team raided an illegal slaughter house here on Thursday.
Reportedly, the PFA team, under the supervision of Ayesha Mumtaz, raided an illegal slaughterhouse in Liaquat Town where animals were being slaughtered. The slaughterhouse was sealed due to extreme unhygienic conditions.
Earlier, Ayesha Mumtaz has exposed several restaurants, bakeries and eateries working under poor hygienic conditions and use of expired food products. Ayesha has been praised by the public for doing a tremendous job. However the Lahore High Court (LHC) had stopped Ayesha from posting pictures of the raided spots on social media.
