  2. We have asked my older sister countless instances to file format my pc because I’m just experiencing lag in the game We play. Btw, this computer has been formatted 4-5 situations. But anytime I inquire my sis to file format my computer, she says no mainly because she says that in case you format a pc too much, the computer itself gets slower than it already was. Is this true? Or is that an excuse to get out of formatting my pc because it takes away her 2-3 hours?.
