During working as a volunteer in Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital, I always tried to bring a smile on every child’s face and I think I succeeded. There was a boy named Wasif who was very quiet. I went to him with Ludo and asked him if he would like to play with me or not. He nodded indicating he was interested. We started playing the game and he was very happy. I feel proud that I made him smile and the little angel is my friend now.
We feel really proud that we have an inspiring place in Pakistan. I wish we have more hospitals like Shaukat Khanum Hospital in Lahore and Peshawar. May God help us to improve this project!
