Two persons have been booked for violation of Punjab Information of Temporary Residence Ordinance within the Saddar Baironi Police jurisdiction.
Police conducted a search operation in the area and arrested house owner Hanan Khan and paying guest Rahim Dad for violating the said ordinance.
The landlord had not provided required particulars of the tenant to the police station concerned.
The police have registered cases and started investigations.
