The Supreme Court (SC) on Wednesday adjourned proceedings of the case related to the bullet proof vehicle provided by the government to former chief justice (CJ) Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry until Islamabad High Court’s (IHC) verdict on intra-court appeal of the government.
The three-member bench headed by Justice Saqib Nisar was heard the case.
During the hearing, Attorney General of Pakistan Salman Butt requested the apex court to defer the case until IHC’s verdict in the matter as the government’s appeal in the high court was fixed for 4 February.
