  1. This is one of the most neglected area of Sind. Only two days ago, the all powerful 'adviser' to the toothless Sind CM, said that Thar is 'under-developed' for centuries and it will take another century to develop it'. During the last drought hundreds of people had died and the whole PPP leadership had rushed to that area – for photo session. Nothing has changed. Out of the five mobile dispensaries provided for the area, three are not working and two are in personal use of Officials. The Party which failed to maintain L&O in urban areas, how can it manage the rural areas ? Time to search soul instead of reading scripts here and there.
