A decision has been taken to set up a solar park in F-9 Park Islamabad to meet energy requirements of the federal capital.
An initial study of the project has been completed and the estimate of the project will be worked out after approval of the project from the Central Development Working Party (CDWP), a source in the power ministry said.
The source claimed that the CDWP will accord approval for setting up six energy projects on 21 December.
