Photographs of APS martyrs displayed at RAC

In connection with Shuhada-e-Army Public School Peshawar week, photographs of the martyrs of APS have been displayed at Rawalpindi Arts Council to pay rich tribute to the martyrs.

More than 200 photographs include students, school staff, Army personnel and operation Zarb-e-Azb which would be continued on showcase till 16 December.

Member Punjab Assembly Raja Muhammad Hanif Advocate flanked by Resident Director Waqar Ahmed inaugurated while Ameer Jamat-e-Islami Siraj ul Haq and Member Punjab Assembly Tehseen Fawad visited the photographic exhibition.

Addressing at the ceremony, MPA Raja Muhammad Hanif Advocate said that it was a national tragedy which is unforgettable. He added that those people who killed children were the enemy of Islam, Pakistan and peace.

Siraj ul Haq during his visit said that due to incident of APS Peshawar, anti Islam and anti Pakistan segments were unfolded. Tehseen Fawad said that due to sacrifices of Pakistan Army, peace in country could be possible. Waqar Ahmed told that on the special instructions of Commissioner Rawalpindi Division Zahid Saeed and Secretary Information & Culture Momin Ali Agha whole week would be observed in memory of martyrs of APS in which different ceremonies would organized like tribute ceremony of special children on 12 Dec, drama Khak-e-Nasheman on 13, ladies mehfil-e-mushaira on 14, poster competition on 15 and tableau competition would be arranged on 16 Dec.
