Fire broke out in building of Jinnah Sindh Medical University (JSMU) on Monday, which was extinguished by rescue staff and no major damage happened in the incident.
The fire erupted in third story of the building which was extinguished by rescue staff and fire tenders. Sources said some record of university brunt to ashes but no serious damage has done in the incident. No causality has been reported in the incident.
Jinnah Sindh Medical University (JSMU) Vice Chancellor Prof Dr SM Tariq Rafi confirmed that fire broke out in the third story of building which was extinguished by rescue staff.
He said no any damage occurred in the incident. He said fire broke out due to electricity short-circuit.
