Minister for Railways Saad Rafique on Saturday has announced to fight NA-125 case in court while NA-122 in people’s court.
Talking to journalists after the railway passing out parade, Rafique said that appointment of election tribunal judges is responsibility of Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).
Responding to a question related to Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM), the railway minister said that his party respects MQM’s mandate and wants them to stay in the parliament.
He said that it is mandatory for MQM to wipe out criminals from its ranks.
He further said that his party leadership has decided not to comment on Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari’s statements.
He pledged to recover railway lands and assets from illegal occupation.
