Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs Tariq Fatemi says China-Pakistan Economic Corridor is a project of prosperity for the entire region.
In an interview with China’s CCTV News channel in Beijing, he said Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif developed national consensus before entering into agreement with China on China-Pakistan Economic Corridor.
He said friendship between Pakistan and China is based on trust, which has been testified by time. He said Pakistan trusts China and considers it as its close friend.
Tariq Fatemi said Pakistan has been suffering from terrorism for decades, and it rendered sacrifices more than any other country of the world.
