Two terrorists of banned outfit arrested in Quetta: Sarfraz Bugti

Balochistan Home Minister Sarfraz Bugti on Tuesday said that two murderers involved in killings of three people including journalist Arshad Mastoi have been arrested.

Talking to media persons in Quetta the Home Minister said that the culprits belong to a banned outfit and also wanted to kill Senator Hafiz Hamdullah and campaigner for recovery of missing persons, Mama Qadeer.

In 2014, a firing incident in Kabeer building had claimed three lives among the journalist’s. He said that Shafqat alias Naveed and Ibrahim alias Shah Gi were apprehended by intelligence agencies and police in a joint operation in Quetta.

Bugti said that the arrested criminals have confessed that the banned organization also murdered Balochistan National Party-Mengal’s (BNP) leader advocate Habib Jalib. The media personnel were showed confessional video of the culprits.

The minister vowed to arrest mastermind behind the three killings, Sohail Marri very soon.
