A widespread rain-thundershower occurred in different parts of the provincial capital and adjacent areas which turned weather pleasant on Friday.
According to local Met office, more widespread rain-thundershower is expected at scattered places in Punjab including Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore, Faisalabad, Sargodha, Sahiwal, Bahawalpur, Multan, DG Khan divisions during the next 24 hours.
Due to unstable weather conditions and significant monsoon rains, there would be a risk of flash flood in local streams and nullahs in the province during the next five days.
