A list of 34 officers of Sindh Education Department has been forwarded to the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) for involvement in corrupt practices.
According to the list sent by Education Department, more than 10,000 fake recruitments were done in the former education minister’s tenure.
Former Director Schools Karachi is among the people who have been accused of involvement in massive corruption.
Corruption of higher officials of Education Department has also been highlighted as a reason by experts due to which nearly 4,000 schools have been closed down in Sindh.
