Federal Minister for Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage, Senator Pervaiz Rashid on Sunday said the statements of Tariq Mir and Muhammad Anwar is a “black spot on the face of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM)”.
“Now, it is responsibility of the MQM to cleanse this spot,” he said while talking to a news channel.
Pervaiz Rashid said Scotland Yard had evidence against the MQM, adding that Pakistani government had contacted the British government to get that evidence.
After thoroughly looking into the evidence, law would take its course, he added.
