At least 12 terrorists belonging to the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) were killed and 15 injured, while seven hideouts were destroyed in airstrikes made by fighter jets from the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) in Khyber Agency on Monday.
Security sources said that PAF jet fighters targeted suspected militants hideouts in the Kokikhel area of the Tirah valley, and surrounding localities in Khyber Agency.
According to reports, seven militant hideouts were destroyed resulting in the death of 12 TTP terrorists. The attack left another 15 others injured.
Sources said that the death toll could rise further as many among the injured were critical and several suspected terrorists were supposed to be buried under the rubble of their destroyed hideouts.
