CM orders strict security measures for schools, public places

Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah has said that no stone will be left unturned to find the culprits and terrorists involved in bomb blast attack on Karbala Imamnarghah in Shikarpur.

While presiding over a meeting regarding law and order situation at the deputy commissioner office in Shikarpur, Shah said that places where there was potential threat, strict security measures would be taken. He directed district administration to afresh review the security plan, especially for schools, offices and public places, and make it foolproof so that no such incident could occur in future.

Shah further said that his sympathies were with the heirs of the martyrs, adding their loss was irreparable. Earlier, SSP Shikarpur, Saqib Memon, briefed him about the investigation made in the blast incident case. Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Syed Khursheed Shah, Speaker Sindh Assembly Agha Siraj Durani, Sindh Minister for Works & Services Hazar Khan Bijarani, Sindh Minister for Health Jam Mehtab Dahar, MNA Aftab Shahban Mirani and Agha Taimoor were also present.
