Opposition leader in the National Assembly Khurshid Shah and former prime minister Raja Pervez Ashraf on Saturday said that Pakistan People’s Party Parliamentarians (PPPP) President Makhdoom Amin Fahim does not have any grievance with the Pakistan People’s Party.
The two PPP leaders were talking to reporters outside Fahim’s house where they held a meeting with the senior party stalwart.
Earlier, news of Fahim’s meeting with former president Gen (r) Pervez Musharraf had surfaced that led people to believe that the senior PPP leader was having issues with his party.
Shah said that Fahim’s meeting with Musharraf must not be misconstrued as it is not a big deal.
Ashraf said that the PPPP president did not mention any cash with the party during the meeting and that he stands with PPP. He also said that Fahim is the PPPP president and does not have any issues with Sherry Rehman.
Both the leaders said that the PPP is fighting terrorism on the front line.
