Minister for Information Pervaiz Rashid on Saturday said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan had once again failed in presenting rigging evidences related to NA-122 before the election tribunal, and that Khan left the tribunal after being asked to provide the proofs.
Talking to reporters, Pervez Rashid said the PTI chairman had been exposed by his baseless allegations.
“The one standing atop a container and talking of democracy and politics was a mere entertainer during the Zia regime,” said Rashid. However, he said the government was serious in holding talks with the PTI to resolve the political standoff.
