On the direction of Interior Ministry, home work has started for the security plan of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan’s November 30 rally.
Holidays for the next few weeks of Islamabad Police, Rescue 15 and Bomb Disposal Squad have been cancelled whereas capital will be sealed from November 27.
According to sources, all the main roads and paths will be sealed through containers.
People who do not have Islamabad’s national identity card will not be allowed to enter capital before two days of rally.
In addition, all paths leading to red zone will be sealed on November 26, no road will be opened to enter Red Zone other than Margalla Road.
Punjab Police, Frontier Constabulary and Azaad jammu and Kashmir will be guarding the rally.
Moreover, a high level meeting will be convened soon in which security measures will be discussed further.

It may be mentioned that during the tenure of former chairman CDA Farkhand Iqbal and Imtiaz Inayat Elahi from 2007 to 2012 one thousands employees were upgraded illegally. As many as 9 employees were upgraded illegally in grade-18, 59 employees in grade-16 and 17, 31 employees in grade-14 , 394 in grade-11, 156 in grade-9 and 16 in grade-8.
In mechanical division 22 employees of grade-1 were promoted direct to grade-11. In operation division one helper of grade-1 was promoted as foreman in grade-16 and one Syed Sajjad Hussain driver in grade-7 was promoted to grade 16.
The SC took suo motu notice of these promotions and upgradation and sought reply from chairman CDA.
