MULTAN
Deputy Director of Industrial Department, Chaudhry Ghulam Haider, was shot dead on Wednesday in his office in Multan, a private news channel reported.
According to the report, two unidentified men came to Haider’s office and asked to meet him. One of them entered his room and opened fire on Haider, killing him on the spot. The attacker then fled with his accomplice.
The body has been shifted to a hospital for legal formalities and an investigation into the incident has been launched.
