Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued notices to Zari Tarqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL) chairman and its Senior Vice President Dr Muhammad Amin and finance secretary in Dr Muhammad Amin case and has sought written reply from them.
IHC Chief Justice Muhammad Anwar Khan Kansi took up for hearing Dr Muhammad Amin case Monday.
Tariq Muhammad Khan counsel for petitioner appeared in the court and told that a case has been registered illegally against the petitioner for exposing corruption of the top officers. He prayed the court to issue order for quashment of case against him.
The hearing of the case was adjourned indefinitely.
