- PM urges young parliamentarians to spread PML-N’s message for the betterment of youth
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has asked young parliamentarians of Pakistan Muslim League–Nawaz (PML-N) to work with enthusiasm to spread the party’s message of working for the betterment of the countrymen.
The premier was talking to members of National Assembly, Tallal Chaudhry (Faisalabad), Syed Ashiq Hussain Shah (Okara), Chaudhry M Shahbaz Babar (Faisalabad), M Khan Daha (Khanewal), Nadeem Abbas Rebaira (Okara) and Mariam Aurangzeb, who called on him at the PM’s House on Monday.
The prime minister referred to his programmes for grant of loans to youths to set up their businesses as well as reimbursement of fees of students of backward areas. He said these steps were aimed at improving the lot of the youths, enabling them to exploit their potential.
Moreover, the prime minister said that with the improvement in economy and generation of more resources, the government would extend more facilities for the youth.
Matters relating to infrastructural development and provision of clean drinking water in their constituencies also came under discussion during the meetings.
