Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly lawmaker and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) member Iftikhar Ali Mishwani was recovered from a police station Monday after four days.
PTI senior leaders including Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Shireen Mazari, Asad Umar, Arif Alvi reportedly forced their way into the police station and asked officials to produce the missing lawmaker.
The police denied having any information about him. Qureshi rang up Mishwani who confirmed being locked up in a room on the second storey of the police station. He was eventually freed.
