Four bombs planted in high transmission electricity line poles near Badah were defused safely by the bomb disposal squad, police said.
According to SSP Khalid Mustafa, police received information that bombs had been planted in high transmission lines passing from the outskirts of Badah town and without wasting any moment, he, along with the ASP bomb disposal squad members, reached the spot.
He further said such attempt was also made last year at almost the same place which too was foiled. The SSP said police was investigating the matter while nobody had so far claimed the responsibility of this act.
