In a daredevil robbery, a group of dacoits looted a private bank branch in the jurisdiction of Golra Police Station and killed a police man while injuring three others in the firing.
According to details, four armed dacoits entered the branch of a private bank in Golra, made the staff and other persons in the bank hostage and looted all the cash in the branch without any resistance.
In the meantime some people informed the police which reached the spot in a short time when the dacoits were fleeing with the looted money.
On seeing the police, the dacoits started firing and fled from the scene. However due to firing one police official identified as Abrar died on the spot while two other police personnel and a civilian were injured.
The police took the CCTV footage into custody and started the search for the dacoits.
