A young man on Sunday fell in to a tunnel he had dug out in search of a hidden treasure in Bagh Beera area of Multan, a private news channel reported.
According to the report, Zeeshan dug a tunnel in his home to look for the treasure as advised by his spiritual leader (peer) to do so.
During his treasure hunt, the tunnel collapsed and Zeeshan fell and got trapped in it.
Rescue sources were called in.
According to official of Rescue 1122, they discovered a 30 feet long tunnel dug in Zeeshan’s house built on one marla.
They added that rescue effort were underway for eight hours to recover the man alive from the tunnel .
