SC orders to produce missing persons taken by army

The Supreme Court on Tuesday ordered to present seven of the 35 missing persons before the court on March 3, a private news channel reported.

The bench, headed by Justice Jawad S Khawaja, ordered to present the persons, out of which two are in detention by the authorities.

The court was hearing the case of 35 missing persons from Malakand. They were reportedly taken in to custody by the military authorities from an internment centre on December 2012.
