Jamat-ud-Dawa (JuD) Ameer Professor Hafiz Mohammad Saeed has said that millions of Muslims had not sacrificed their lives at the time of formation of Pakistan for friendship with India.
While addressing a Friday sermon in Jamia Masjid Alqadsiyah, he said that some people argued that India was ahead of Pakistan economically, so Pakistan would move on to develop friendly relations with India. This thinking is not right, he said.
The JuD chief added that eased visa-policy and elimination of divisive line between Pakistan and India was not fair and negation of the Two-Nation Theory.
“Pakistan is a great blessing of Allah, but sadly our politicians still don’t understand what the meaning of Pakistan is and for what purpose it was obtained. This was the root cause of many problems,” Hafiz Saeed mentioned.
He further added that Pakistan is facing many serious challenges and with every coming day and the situation is getting worse.
The JuD chief further stated that some people said the inhabitants of both countries have the same language, colour, race and culture, such people are too much worried for friendship with India, they believe that it will solve their problems.
