After the MQM chief Altaf Hussain’s remarks for a separate country for Urdu-speaking people, chief of Jamiat Ulema Islam Fazl (JUI-F) Maulana Fazlur Rehman on Saturday said that he did not know whether Khyber Pukhtunkhuwa (KP) will remain a part of Pakistan or not, due to the prevailing situation in the province.
Talking to reporters, the JUI-F chief said the presence of a government in the province is nowhere to be seen and has ruined the province.
On a query regarding Pervez Musharraf, Fazlur Rehman said that the federal government has yet to decide whether to shift him abroad for treatment or not.
“I do not want to waste my energy on Pervez Musharraf case but I pray for his better health”, he added.
He accused the PTI of taking money in aid from the US and that stopping NATO supplies was a drama.
Fazlur Rehman said that he always supported peace process and was always in favour of solving this issue with dialogue.
A holy angel and blessing to Pakistan.
