Former President General (r) Pervez Musharraf submitted a review petition against the decision of the Supreme Court of Pakistan (SCP) on 31st July 2009 that labeled Musharraf a usurper, reported a private news channel.
The petition was filed by the former dictator’s lawyer Sharifuddin Pirzada who pleaded that the accused was not heard by the bench before the ruling by Supreme Court,
