An earthquake of magnitude 5.6 on the Richter scale struck Chitral‚ Ghizer and Swat areas on Saturday morning.
According to the Meteorological Department‚ the geographical point of the earthquake was in Afghanistan-Tajikistan border at a depth of 80 kilometers.
However‚ there were no reports of any casualties.
